If you don't find your answer here, please reach out — we respond to every enquiry.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all form submissions and emails within one business day, Monday to Friday. If you call during office hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) you will reach a team member directly. For urgent matters outside office hours, WhatsApp is monitored by our on-call team.
Is there a charge for the initial consultation?
No. Our initial consultation — including a site visit for projects within the Kumasi or Accra areas — is completely free of charge and without any obligation. We believe the planning conversation is as important as the construction itself, and we want you to feel confident before committing to anything.
What information should I have ready when I contact you?
The more detail you can share, the more useful our initial response will be — but don't worry if you're at an early stage. Even a general description of what you want to build, where it will be, and roughly when you want to start is enough to begin a useful conversation. If you have existing drawings, land title documents, or a budget in mind, please share those too.
Do you work on projects outside Kumasi and Accra?
Yes — we have active operations across all of Ghana's major regions, with permanent offices in Kumasi, Accra, and Tamale. We have delivered projects in Brong-Ahafo, Volta, Western, Upper East, Upper West, and Northern regions. For remote or rural projects, we establish on-site welfare and management infrastructure at no additional cost to the client where the contract value justifies it.
How do I submit a CV or apply for a job at Bonterra?
We are always interested in hearing from talented engineers, project managers, site supervisors, and skilled tradespeople. Please send your CV and a brief covering note to careers@bonterraghana.com. We review all applications and respond to shortlisted candidates within two weeks. Apprenticeship and TVET graduate enquiries are particularly welcome.
Can Bonterra supply materials or labour to other contractors?
We do not operate as a materials supplier or labour hire agency — our business is the delivery of complete construction projects. If you are a sub-contractor interested in being considered for work on Bonterra-led projects, please email our procurement team at procurement@bonterraghana.com with your company profile and relevant experience.
