Bonterra Constructions was founded in 2006 by a group of Ghanaian engineers who believed the country deserved construction that matched global standards — built right here at home.
Starting with a single residential project in Kumasi's Ahodwo neighbourhood, we grew steadily through a reputation built not on marketing, but on results. Clients returned. Word spread. By 2012 we had expanded operations into Accra, and by 2018 our reach covered all of Ghana's major regions.
Today, Bonterra employs over 200 skilled professionals and has delivered more than 340 projects — from modest family homes to major civil infrastructure — each one treated as if it were our own. We are proud to be a Ghanaian company, headquartered in Kumasi, investing in Ghanaian talent, and committed to building the communities that shape our nation's future.
